Here is some quick help on getting custom .sf2 MIDI soundfonts working with VRDUS.
There are plenty of ways and free third party applications to change your default MIDI interface which uses the "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth". Look around on the web to find what one works best for you.
1.) Virtual MIDI Synth Drag and drop your .sf2 files into this application to use them with VRDUS.

2.) MIDI Mapper Switch your default Windows MIDI interface.

3.) Run MidiBridge.exe that is included with VR Drums Ultimate Streamer (Root installation folder).
4.) Turn down or mute the in-game drum sounds, they will now be processed by MIDI.
5.) Run VR Drums Ultimate Streamer and in the settings tab, select MIDI and check the enable MIDI checkbox.
6.) Ready for MIDI.
